Is the customer really always right?

I love this expression, “The customer is always right.” Unfortunately, that is not the case and it is a shame that organizations try and get their employees to believe it. No, the customer is not always right – but they are always the customer. So if they are wrong, let them be wrong with dignity and respect.

Again, please share with us your answer or comments to the above question. Thank you!
