Q: What was the 10th most popular trending topic on Twitter this year?

As marketers, we are insatiable in our quest for knowledge and insight into customer behavior. How does a prospect respond to certain messages, designs, and, yes, trending topics? What communications channels are most effective? What is the impact of personalization or event-triggers on response rates? How are marketing mixes changing for B2C and B2B marketers? Where is budget being funneled? Finding the answers to these questions is a never ending pursuit, not only for us vendors, but also for all global organizations that need to demonstrate returns on marketing investments.
