Altitude Software Achieves Strong Growth in IP Contact Center Agent Shipments in Asia Pacific

29% Increase in Agent Shipments Worldwide Shows Altitude’s Momentum within Vendors “Top Ten” in Key Markets, According to Leading Industry Analyst Firm Research

Lisbon, Portugal, October 7, 2008 – Altitude Software, a global leader in contact center solutions, has registered an approximately 29% increase in agent shipments worldwide, and was one of the three top 10 manufacturers to register a double-digit growth in year-over-year increases in total agent shipments in 2007, according to the Gartner Dataquest report “Market Share: Contact Centers, Worldwide, 2007” by Drew Kraus, June 2008.

Notwithstanding being a relative newcomer to the Asia Pacific market, in 2007 Altitude Software registered an outstanding performance in IP agent shipments and secured a place in the regions “top ten”.

On a regional basis, Altitude Software has experienced a 115% increase in shipments in 2007 and it now holds a top five market share position in Latin America. In EMEA, a 19% increase has placed Altitude Software firmly in the top 10 manufacturers by market share. Within the EMEA Region, the Gartner report showed even stronger growth in key markets such as Spain (23% increase, third market share position); France (142% increase, fifth market share position); Germany (Altitude now has the tenth largest market share) and Italy *.
