Brussels, Belgium, June 27th, 2007 – Altitude Software, a leading independent contact center solutions vendor, announces today that Laurent Detournay joined the company as General Manager for Benelux and Central Europe. Laurent will lead a reinforced team, marking a renewed focus on growth in the central European markets.
Altitude Software Northern & Central Europe Vice President Luc Cavelier, will now assume a global role at Altitude Software, adding to its responsibilities the fast expanding Business Development & Global Accounts portfolio.

Laurent Detournay’s career passed before by Altitude Software, in 1998-99. After that, he moved to VocalCom and more recently he was Principal Sales Manager at BT International. “I’m very excited to be once again part of Altitude Software team. Also joining the Altitude team in Belgium is Fabien Frenay, the new Sales Director, with a proven eight-year sales experience, lately at Vocalcom, and Xavier Vens, the new Professional Services Director, with a strong contact center industry background.
