Leading Do Not Call Compliance Service Provider in the USA establishes technology partnership to automate campaign list analysis with Altitude Software’s award winning dialing applications

Markham, ON, Canada, August 14th, 2007 – Altitude Software, a leading independent global contact center solutions vendor, announces today that it has developed an automated process to submit outbound dialing campaign lists running on its Altitude Unified Dialer solutions to PossibleNOW’s consumer data privacy management services.

PossibleNOW is the leading provider of Internet-based services for Do Not Contact compliance. Their DNCSolution™ suite of online services provides comprehensive tools that help direct marketers handle federal and state Do Not Contact compliance matters. More than 500 corporate customers, and thousands of individual agents and professionals, use DNCSolution to scrub more than 2 billion phone numbers each quarter. PossibleNOW also provides Compliance Consulting & Audit Services and Compliance Managed Services.

Altitude Software’s solutions for successful proactive contact include pacing mode modules – Preview; Predictive; Power; and a Call Classifier. The Altitude Unified Dialer’s main function is to both automate and add intelligence to the dialing process as it is one of the most important operations in any outbound contact center. Dialing leverages customer information to determine the best time and the most economic way to make successful contact, taking into consideration available human resources and compliance with applicable legislation.

Companies that use outbound dialing technology have a complex set of federal and state compliance rules to navigate and are quickly learning that consumer complaints can generate costly enforcement audits and potential fines. “It’s not enough to just comply with the letter of the law, you need to mitigate consumer complaints by proactive list management practices,” says Mark Lepko, Vice President of North America for Altitude Software. “The ability to automate daily outbound campaign analysis will provide added assurances that newly registered consumers to DNC lists will not be generating complaints to federal and state agencies”.

“As the leader in consumer do not contact solutions, we look for complementary technology applications that help our customers more effectively comply with regulatory requirements,” states Scott Frey, president and CEO of PossibleNOW. “Altitude Software’s dialing solutions are widely deployed around the globe and this partnership strengthens our joint customer’s commitment to ensure compliance with privacy legislation.”

Altitude’s new uCI 7.5 release includes a number of innovative features that strengthen the contact center’s ability to embrace industry-wide change. Native IP supports distributed operations – including home-based and remote agents – streamlining IT investments and optimizing human resources. Altitude uCI 7.5 increases customer satisfaction via proactive customer service features and friendlier voice self-service applications. This latest release also provides managers with the tools to centrally design and implement flexible service-delivery models that profit from increased agent productivity.
