New Partnership with Leading Paraguayan IT Solutions Provider Expands Altitude Software’s Solutions Reach in Latin America Key Markets

Lisbon, Portugal, October 9, 2008 – Altitude Software, a global independent contact center solutions vendor, and HPTI Sistemas y Equipamientos S.A, an advanced IT solutions provider based on Paraguay, have signed an agreement to offer the Paraguayan companies access to Altitude Software’s leading contact center solutions.

Altitude Software now addresses the Paraguayan market through HPTI, reinforcing its main strategy of covering all the relevant markets in Latin America, where the company already has offices in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. This strategy has been successful as, according to a recent report issued by the leading analyst Gartner*, Altitude Software has experienced a 115% increase in agent shipments in 2007 and it now holds a top five market share position among contact center solution vendors in the region.
