A Customer is ALWAYS a Privilege … and NEVER a Problem
A customer is ALWAYS a privilege: why have they chosen you, when they could have chosen anyone? It’s a HUGE privilege.
A customer is NEVER a problem: not only is the customer the whole reason for your existence (so how could the reason for your existence be a ‘problem’?). But also, every ‘problem’ is in fact an opportunity to excel: if you deal with every issue that comes your way proactively and effectively, it’s amazing how this can build customer loyalty and reputation.
