Lisa Mastrangelo joins Centive as chief financial officer and Carol Peo joins as vice president of engineering and chief technology officer.
As CFO, Lisa Mastrangelo is responsible for all finance and investor relations activities. Lisa comes to Centive with over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles in large global organizations and growth technology ventures. Lisa joins Centive from Houghton Mifflin, where she served as vice president of operations. Prior to Houghton Mifflin, Lisa served as chief financial officer at Experience, the leading career site for college students and alumni. Prior to Experience, Lisa served as Corporate Controller at MatrixOne and Firefly Network and Assistant Corporate Controller at Lotus Development Corporation.
Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley College and a MBA from Boston University.
As CTO and VP of engineering, Carol Peo is responsible for the continued development of Centive Compel® and the architecture and development of new Centive on-demand solutions. Carol comes to Centive with over 25 years of experience leading product development teams at Oracle, Veridiem, ProfitLogic and Banyan Systems. At Oracle, Peo was responsible for several large-scale enterprise solutions that enabled retailers to optimally plan assortments, distribute merchandise, and track and analyze sales results. As Vice President of Engineering at Veridiem, Peo was responsible for the development of the
company’s SaaS marketing optimization solutions used by Fortune 500 companies, such as AT&T, Ameritrade and Porsche Cars. Prior to Veridiem, Peo founded and managed an engineering management consulting company that helped businesses build high performance engineering organizations.
Peo holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
