Challenges To Note
- Large companies are concerned about the intricacy of executing a digital strategy. According to the infographic, 17% of these large companies are overwhelmed by “back-end” procedures.
- 34% of respondents from both small and large companies agree how mobile apps require strategic developments.
Measuring Effectiveness
- Large companies (52%) use consumer loyalty to measure their digital successes.
- Direct revenue is another measurement of success, which is used by 49% of small companies and 43% of large companies.
