If you want to win today, and by win I mean grow your market share, delight your customers, create innovation and have experiences internally and externally that are exceptional, it requires great ISC.

Companies around the world spend billions on their competitive strategies and talent management initiatives. In my mind, many do not achieve their optimal results because those organizations are not focusing on ISC.

How is your company’s ISC?

You see, if you don’t have high levels of ISC it is almost impossible to create exceptional customer experiences, expand your market share and create innovation.

I challenge you to look at the leading organizations. The ones that receive the accolades from their customers and the press, as well as the markets. Take a look at those winning companies and analyze their ISC.

I guarantee in every one of these best of breed organizations there is intense internal service cooperation.

The best companies know that they first must have great internal service from work group to work group and department to department to consistently create exceptional experiences for their external customers.

So, I hope you see that if you want to win, it is all about ISC.
