The 12 principles of collaboration has been a topic that I have been writing about for a little while now but have never really put together in presentation form.  I recently presented on this topic and wanted to share those slides with you.  This presentation looks at the business drivers for collaboration as well as the current data to support the value of the collaboration.  I also explore what the future workforce looks like and finally take a look at the 12 common things that companies focus on to be successful with their collaboration initiatives.  Feel free to share this presentation with your colleagues and managers at work, I’m sure it will be prove to be a valuable resource!
