Running a blog may be a far better thing to do to provide customer service than participating on Facebook or Twitter. Here’s some background on the history of blogging.

Scott Rosenberg is the author of the book, “Say Everything” which is a history of blogging. Since blogging is a potentially important part of social media strategy, we’re happy to present a one hour interview with the author where he deals with the history of blogging and answers important questions. Of course, the next question will be, “How accurate is Scott’s take, and how useful is it?

Robert began his career as an educator and trainer at the age of twenty (which is over 30 years ago!), as a teaching assistant at Concordia University.
