This time of year, most individuals and organizations have reset their personal and professional goals.

Regardless of whether your goals are personal, professional or both, there is one thing I know for certain; all of your organizational and personal goals can be achieved only through creating a positive experience for those you interact with on a daily basis.

Said differently, as you strive to achieve your goals this year, your are either going to be creating an uplift or a downdraft in the way that you go about it.

I guess it is not really a secret ingredient, just common sense that those who create an uplift also create much better organizational and personal results.
