Employee Engagement is How You Go From Good to Great

When your team is invested in your work, many positive things take shape. A sense of lightness and sure-footedness sets in because the workload and responsibility are truly shared.

This workload ranges from being diligent and dedicated to a project to picking up trash off the ground, to coming in with a good attitude. When people are behaving this way, it means they are invested, the work is a part of who they are. This is when new possibilities and accomplishments are realized.
