salesloft.stream.v2.flat.psd___100___type__rgb_8_-2_1xThis is the latest in a series of weekend posts highlighting a wide variety of applications we think are pretty cool. Most have to do with sales, marketing and productivity. Check out past featured apps here.

Some of my favorite apps are those that not only do work for me, but take tasks that I otherwise might miss, ignore or forget, and put the results right in front of me.

SalesLoft is doing that with selling trigger events. They make it incredibly simply to get everything from job change, role and headline change alerts directly to your inbox, as well as news alerts from any company that’s important to you – customers, prospects, partners, etc.

They do this by integrating with your LinkedIn account as well as your Salesforce.com instance, allowing you to seamlessly add, modify and customize the data you want to see.

I’ve been testing the Salesforce integration as well as the paid features tied currently to company alerts and a new feature that will pull those trigger events into a spreadsheet of leads for easier follow-up and distribution. These guys get it.

If nothing else, sign up for the free version at JobChangeAlerts.com. Definitely worth checking out.
