As I have repeatedly written about, I believe it is everyone’s responsibility to help keep customers for life!

What this means is regardless of whether you serve a customer directly or indirectly, everyone has a responsibility to look for ways to create fast, flexible and hassle free service experiences.

More than any time in the history of our planet, customers are armed with information and have a plethora of different choices between products and service providers.

I believe now, and in the future, it is not so much the product or the service that is going to win the day, but how we “deliver” that product or service and surround it with the competent and committed actions of our people.

Customers will be judging us on the quality of their experiences and the effort they have to expend in doing business with us.
