Taken from a post by AHC at Monster:

More than 10,000 people work here. All of them (except for doctors and senior executives) got $200 grocery cards in 2011 – just for working there. Job growth was 11% as was voluntary turnover. The staff is 66% minorities and 76% women. Last year, there were 89,000 job applicants, so make sure your cover letter is error-free and your references think the world of you if you are planning on applying.

The Green Goldfish Project is a quest to find 1,001 examples of marketing lagniappe for employees. Green goldfish are the little signature extras given to employees. They help differentiate a company, increase employee retention and drive positive WoM. The book, “What’s Your Green Goldfish?” will be published in March 29, 2013.
