Just had a truly great experience with Trago: bought a light from them last week, put it up this morning and one of the glass shades was cracked.
So, I phoned them immediately, expecting the Spanish Inquisition (their prices are cheap, so I expected a cheap experience):
- When did you pick it Up
- Did you check it?
- Why has it taken so long to tell us?
- Did you break it when you put it up?
- etc
But, none of this: just
- ‘That’s fine, let’s see what we can do to sort it out. What is the name of the light?’
- ‘Ok, is it the inner or outer shade?’
- ‘Great news, we can get those replaced easily, just leave it with us, we’ll get another one ordered and phone you when it’s in’
- ‘No it’s fine, we don’t need the order number, we have your name and phone number, just leave it with us’
