Forrester Calls Graham Technology a Strong Performer in Human-Centric BPMS for Banking and Investments

Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, today announced that it has been identified as a Strong Performer in a report on human-centric business process management for financial services by independent analyst firm, Forrester Research. Graham Technology was among the select companies evaluated in the August 2007 report, “The Forrester Wave Human-Centric BPMS For Banking and Investments, Q3 2007.”

The report states, “Graham Technology offers many configurable process templates as well as exceptional cross-channel capabilities.”

The report adds, “One comment heard from both references as well as other users in the industry was that Graham Technology was unique in its ability to understand the special needs of the users. Graham Technology “got it” more quickly than other vendors and was able to bring in projects on time, within budget, and with the required functionality as a result.”
