What about this for a customer experience?

What is a lady to do whilst her Porsche is going through its four hour service? Shop obviously! One Porsche dealership has in Bicester, UK, offers a complimentary service that takes customers to the a nearby luxury outlet mall. Autofarm’s Workshop Manager, Robin Bartholomew explains:

“Getting the car serviced often falls to the lady of the house. Children understandably get bored waiting, but this provides an opportunity to go somewhere suitable, rather than being trapped in a car showroom or workshop waiting room.”

This is a great way of adding to their normal rather boring customer experience – even if customers don’t take them up on it.
