The Web Meeting Mashup (WMM), developed with DreamFactory’s rich IDE (Integrated Development Environment), provides access to the full suite of Web collaboration applications to Salesforce CRM users.
To meet the need for communication and collaboration capabilities within Salesforce CRM, WMM allows joint customers to schedule, start, join, list, invite and access WebEx collaborative services from within Salesforce CRM. WMM works with any WebEx service (e.g. WebEx Meeting Center, WebEx Sales Center, WebEx Training Center) and provides seamless integration between salesforce.com, WebEx and Outlook.
