Ciboodle To Celebrate Successful First Year at Call Centre Expo

Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, will this week celebrate the first birthday of its flagship customer interaction platform, ciboodle. Launched a year ago at the Call Centre Expo tradeshow in Birmingham, ciboodle returns to the event this week after a hugely successful 12 months of business.

ciboodle is Graham Technology’s process-driven customer interaction platform for contact centres. Loaded with contact centre-specific features, and highly agile to adapt to specific business needs, ciboodle is a refreshing alternative to the rigid CRM and telephony software packages prevalent in today’s contact centres.

Since its launch in September 2006, ciboodle has recorded success after success, sealing 11 new customer wins, spanning seven industries and five countries. This success has seen Graham Technology recognised in four major analyst reports from industry leading firms including Gartner and Forrester Research.

At this year’s event, visitors to the booth will be able to experience an in-depth demonstration of ciboodle’s extensive CRM capabilities. In addition, birthday celebration activities are planned throughout the event, with cake and drinks being served at 3pm on the 26th, and beers available on stand at the end of both days.
