Cisco employees and their dependents have access to a breadth of medical services on-campus in the LifeConnections Health Center, ranging from primary care and physical exams to immunizations, lab work, health coaching, acupuncture, chiropractic care and physical therapy. Employees also have access to an on-site pharmacy. Add in a fitness center and day care for lagniappe.

The Green Goldfish Project is a quest to find 1,001 examples of marketing lagniappe for employees. Green goldfish are the little signature extras given to employees. They help differentiate a company, increase employee retention and drive positive WoM.
