Colleen Harmeling is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Florida State University and serves as the Director of Research Partnerships and Membership Programs for the Center for Sales and Marketing Strategy at University of Washington. Colleen's research focuses on customer relationship development, managing key events, and facilitating customer engagement and brand advocacy. Her research has appeared in Journal of Marketing, Journal of International Business Studies, and MSI Working Paper Series. She has co-authored book chapters on relationship development and customer engagement.
