  1. Esteban, liked your 1:1:m and your mobius strip. I wonder if the other shift is that customers and especially in B2B are even more “don’t call me I’ll call you” as they are fully able to research and talk within their communities and gather all the information they need and they they will talk to a company when THEY are ready?
