A purple goldfish from PRIMO that is salty and sweet

#903 in the Purple Goldfish Project comes courtesy of PRIMO, a restaurant inside the JW Marriott in Orlando.

Here’s the story:

The bar at PRIMO has a fantastic salty bar snack called ‘Rosemary Almonds’. My colleague from Synergy Keith Green and I remarked to our server that we really enjoyed the almonds. Our bartender mentioned that they were the original recipe of Chef Melissa Kelly, the founder of the restaurant.

Literally the very next thing we know the bartender is handing Keith a complimentary bag of ‘Rosemary Almonds’ with the recipe attached. A salty and sweet example of marketing lagniappe.
