Global traffic to social networks continues to rise at a rapid rate

As more and more of your audience spends an increasing amount of time within social networks, what is your organisation doing to capitalise on this emerging medium? As we’ve seen from the past few years, social networks are a place people go to communicate online to friends, strangers and sometimes even brands. If you’re organisation feels its ready to step across the 4th channel and actually talk and engage with your customers, then social networks could be the ideal place to get started. Given the right time, planning and KPI’s, activity within social networks can be a perfect environment to deliver a great customer experience to your customers.

This latest piece of research came from Nielsen reporting that the global online audience spends two hours more a month on social networks than last year.
