Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, today announced it has been included in a key analyst report on global providers of CRM solutions for contact centres.
On March 19, 2008, Gartner, Inc., the world’s largest technology analyst firm, revealed its Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Service Contact Centers, 2008, authored by Michael Maoz, VP distinguished analyst. Graham Technology is included as one of 15 companies evaluated by Gartner in the report.
In the report, Maoz observes, “Through 2012, buyers will favor CRM software in the contact center with adaptive, easy-to-design and use interfaces that support the service agent and extend to the end customer.”
“We’re very pleased to be included in this year’s Magic Quadrant – we believe it shows further recognition for ciboodle’s process based customer interaction capabilities from international analysis giant, Gartner,” said Paul White, chief marketing officer, Graham Technology. “We have also recognized the growing need for user friendly interfaces in contact centre software applications and have invested significantly in this component of ciboodle, creating what we believe is one of the most intuitive multi-channel interfaces on the market.”
