Yesterday I wrote about becoming a chief obstacle remover.
In order for you and your organization to create exceptional experiences, it takes commitment.
It takes commitment to remove obstacles and eliminate silly policies or procedures that get in the way of creating an exceptional experience.
The reason I say it is all about your commitment is because most leaders in organizations say they are committed but only act interested.
The analogy I use between interested and committed is if an interested exerciser says, “I’m going to go for a jog today,” but looks out the window and sees rain clouds then says, “I think I’ll wait.”
The committed exerciser says, “I think I’ll go for a run today,” looks out the window, sees rain clouds and says, “I think I better put my rain gear on.”
My question for you is; Are you interested or committed?

If you are committed, however, I encourage you to take a look at the info graphic.
