Earn the Customer, Not His Money

Winning customers or doing business that has potential or the revenue is increasing day by day. Don’t assume that you are earning and making a lot of money only. But there are a number of things that you are building with your customer which you should not ignore such as trust, loyalty and faith which leads to more revenue to you in future.

By doing good business you not only earned money but you have also earned a name for your company. People will start believing in you they will buy other products or will prefer to take more services from you. They will refer you other customers and you will keep on wining. If you know the way to do good quality business you imitate just a tree where a small seed with accurate water and care will become a big tree giving a number of fruits with a number of branches no matter it is in a forest, which means that no matter what type of business your doing, how many competitors you have, is your idea creative or not. If you know how to deal with your customers and understand their values; you are the king. As it is said that “A person is known by the type of friends he has” Similarly in this competitive market you are recognized by your customers.

If you are not satisfying your customers and are just in the race of selling your products you will end up no where. Losing an existing customer is more harmful than not wining new customers. Alternatively, if you have established a good relationship with your customers you earned the ownership of the customer. No one can deny the importance of customer relationship. If the customer has an excellent understanding with you, if he believes that you are loyal to him, he will not waste time with your competitors. To know the products market value why do we check through eBay’s search box? Just think about it. If you have bought a laptop for your personal use and you are satisfied with the performance and all, so will you recommend a laptop of another brand to your son? No!!! The laptop company has bought your loyalty. So your company’s revenue is automatically increasing.

There are two things value and money. Just selling something and earning some money is not a positive plan for your future, you have to understand customer value because it is a fact the more you understand his value the more confidence he has in you, he will buy more products and you will earn more money.
