Avis Europe is implementing InQuira’s Intelligent Search, Self-Service, and Information Manager Products as part of its Inspired Change initiative, a long-term commitment to improve customers’ car rental experience.

The new website will feature InQuira-powered Intelligent Search capabilities that will enable visitors to find rental locations from searching on cities, airport codes, and even landmarks. InQuira’s Self-Service module will present customers with options to purchase or rent additional items during the rental process, including travel guide books, car seats, ski racks and other items.
