Worst Customer Service Experience of 2014 from KFC. Just inconceivable.

kfc.pngEvery year we publish the best and worst of customer service for the previous year.  Well, my prediction is that this one about a KFC in Jacksonville Miss. will be at the top of the list for maybe the next decade.

Here’s the story: A 3 year old girl was asked to leave a KFC because of her face. She had been attacked by pit bulls and the scars were scaring other patrons.

A three-year-old.  Asked to leave.  Because she had scars on her face. 

Just in case you think I’m making this up – because nobody could POSSIBLY be that stupid, click on the picture to the right for the story.

This ranks in a stratosphere of profound stupidity and insensitivity that I can’t even begin to think of how kfc.jpgthis came out of someone’s mouth.

Let’s see if KFC handles this better than the embarrassingly poor manner that McDonalds is dealing with the tainted milkshake story in Buckingham Quebec.
