NEW YORK, N.Y., Aug. 14, 2012 – [x+1], www.xplusone.com, provider of the leading Enterprise Data Management Platform (DMP), today announced that Bridget Bidlack has been named Vice President of Product Management, reporting to Chief Technology Officer Patrick DeAngelis. She had most recently held the same position at TRAFFIQ, an end-to-end digital media planning and buying platform provider.
Bidlack will oversee development of [x+1]’s Origin platform, including its Enterprise DMP, Origin Media DSP, Origin Site for personalized website experiences, and its Funnel R/F attribution analytics suite. Bidlack will work with the executive team on product positioning and strategy, defining and executing on an aggressive product roadmap. She will split her time between the New York headquarters and the engineering team located in Norwalk, Conn.
While at TRAFFIQ, Bidlack helped the executive team identify market opportunities and deliver on its vision for the company’s media buying and planning platform, including private marketplaces, while engineering it to be a self-service offering.
Prior to that, Bidlack served as Director of Solutions Engineering for Turn Inc., where she helped craft and implement solutions for major clients. She also held leadership roles at Microsoft across several advertising products, including adCenter, adExpert, and most recently as the lead product manager for Microsoft’s online advertising exchange, AdECN. Bidlack got her start in the industry working at digital marketing pioneer Bluestreak, and was a software support engineer for IBM.
“[x+1] has a unique offering in the industry,” said Bidlack, when asked what attracted her to [x+1]. “Some of the largest marketers use our platform to have meaningful dialogues with customers across digital touchpoints, leveraging multi-source data in real time to optimize every engagement. For me, this is the full package and something I very much wanted to be a part of. I believe [x+1] is on the cutting edge in terms of predictive optimization and the increasingly important DMP capability, something they have been doing for years, before the term was even coined.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome someone of Bridget’s quality and technical expertise, and her record of stellar execution in bringing new systems to market,” said DeAngelis. “Her mix of work with major marketers, industry leaders and startups will also be a great benefit. We look forward to her valuable leadership as we continue to launch innovative products.”
