If you’re reading this, you probably found out that your CustomerThink author account was not approved. The most common reasons are:
- Lack of relevant background and writing experience in the topics that CustomerThink covers. We’re seeking authors who can share best practices and in-depth advice for success based on their own experience.
- Focus on general web or mobile development. Technology-related content should be appropriate for business managers in marketing, sales, or customer service — not developers.
- Author profile incorrectly or incompletely filled out. For example, we don’t allow third-party email addresses or company LinkedIn accounts. Also, the submitted CustomerThink profile must be consistent with the LinkedIn profile (current company name, job description, etc.).
