Virtual Hold Technology Looks to Provide IP-Enabled Virtual Queuing, Joins Dialogic Partner Program

Akron, Ohio – Oct. 26, 2009 – Virtual Hold TechnologyR, LLC (VHTR), recently
enhanced its compatibility with a broader range of network environments
through new membership in the Dialogic Partner
Program. Dialogic network platforms help companies securely process
multimedia across any network, including IP networks. As a member of the
program, VHT has access to Dialogic equipment, including media gateways and
IP host media processing (HMP) software. Testing and certifying Virtual
HoldR queue management solutions in these environments helps the company
