CBTS Hosting Enables VSI to Offer CRM and Field Service Management as Public
or Private Cloud Solutions

Cincinnati, OH – April 5, 2012 — Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI) announces
that it has partnered with CBTS, the technology solutions division of
Cincinnati Bell Inc., to provide secure, high-performance hosting for its
cloud-based CRM contact center and field service management solutions,
VContactCenter and VServiceManagement. CBTS’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service
(IaaS) solution enables VSI to offer flexible deployment options to its
customers, including private cloud, public cloud, or any combination. CBTS
currently provides global application cloud services to VSI customers in the
Americas, Europe, and Australasia.

“Many cloud-based CRM providers want to push their customers into a
one-size-fits-all solution, but VSI knows that our customers need
flexibility,” says Ron Wegmann, Sr., CEO of VSI. “With CBTS, we can offer
our CRM solutions – VContactCenter and VServiceManagement — via public
cloud, private cloud, or a flexible combination.”

In addition to flexible deployment options and high levels of performance
and reliability, VSI said that CBTS demonstrates the dedication needed to
support its customers, which rely on VSI solutions to drive enterprise CRM,
contact center, and field service management operations.

CBTS, an enterprise provider of cloud services, offers a complete portfolio
of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions. Its Virtual Data Center
(VDC) enables VSI to deliver a high-performance cloud-computing
infrastructure, including server, storage, and network resources, on a
utility service basis. VSI’s VServiceManagement and VContactCenter are
cloud-based solutions for CRM/contact center, customer support, field
service, and mobile environments.
