Completes a New Level of NOC Experience for the Zenith and Tigerpaw User

announced that it has incorporated the latest changes from Zenith
‘s API to create a whole new level of
Network Operations Center (NOC) experience for the Tigerpaw/Zenith user.

Bi-Directional Ticket Information in Real-Time

Tigerpaw was able to quickly complete a more robust integration that gives
Tigerpaw/Zenith users the ability to create tickets, and reassign them to a
Zenith NOC (or Zenith VSD) and vise versa. The Tigerpaw Zenith integration
synchronizes the status of Zenith tickets and Tigerpaw service orders and
allows for all changes to reflect in one another’s product in real-time.

Greater Transparency

If a change is made or comments added to the Tigerpaw service order, that
change is automatically reflected in the Zenith ticket. In both cases (NOC
or VSD), Zenith Ticket information is added to the Tigerpaw service order
and a service order comment is noted by the NOC / VSD, creating a deeper
level of transparency not seen in most RMM/PSA integrations.

Going Deeper

Billing for monitored and NOC services is the backbone of good managed
services. Tigerpaw keeps a list of customer assets that are being monitored
to allow the IT client to invoice the customer from Tigerpaw.

Invoices Based on Real-Time Asset Polling

The Tigerpaw Zenith integration allows you to quickly and easily generate
monthly invoices based on real-time Zenith polling asset information for
each of your customers; all invoices go out the door with total accuracy.
You can even bill for non-managed items (such as off-site backup) using a
simple wizard that generates invoices in minutes, rather than in days.
