2008 Sales Executive of the Year and former Xerox executive to head Sales
Performance Automation leader’s board
SEATTLE – Jan. 25, 2010 – The TAS Group
world leader in Sales Performance Automation, today announced the
appointment of senior sales veteran Thomas J. Dolan to chairman of its Board
of Directors. Dolan, a director on The TAS Group’s board since February
2008, is a well-known and award winning sales leader through his storied
executive career at Xerox, which spanned almost 40 years. He was recently
honored by the Strategic Account Management Association
addition, Dolan was named the winner of a Stevie Award
the Year for 2009.

Before retiring at the end of 2009, Dolan spent nearly four decades at
Xerox. Most recently, he served as corporate senior vice-president and
president of Xerox Global Account Operations where he was responsible for
the top 25 most strategic accounts. He also served as president of Xerox
Global Services from 2002-2007. Previously, Dolan was president of the
North American Solutions Group and was responsible for all of North
America’s selling, administration and managed services activities. From
1996-1998, Dolan lead Xerox Business Services (XBS) globally and during his
tenure, XBS won the prestigious Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in
the services category. He joined Xerox in 1970 as a sales representative in
Philadelphia.

Dolan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Manhattan College and he
attended Brooklyn Law School. He is chairman of the Board of INROADS, Inc.,
a nonprofit organization that develops and places minority youth in business
and industry and prepares them for corporate and community leadership.
