The Importance of Lead Capture Technology for Real Estate websites

I started a blog as soon as I began my career. I had a website and I my pageviews kept going up and within a year I became the top result in organic Google searches for Real Estate Agents in my area. However, this was not actually leading to much business for me at all. I decided I needed to change my approach and find a way to encourage people to leave me their information.

I build my own websites but I had no prior experience with this so I have been making it up as I go. I had to find an easy way to add forms on my site that visitors could leave their information with. I eventually came across a company called 123ContactForm and they have a very easy system for embedding customizable forms. I was able to tailor forms for every different type of page. I have pages where people can enter their buying criteria and other ones where they enter the information about their home so I can give them a Home Evaluation. If you build your own website and you do not have contact forms you are doing yourself a disservice in my opinion. Since I added the 123ContactForm’s to my website my lead capture rate has sky rocketed. With the amount of leads I am generating just from the different lead capture methods online I could do 15-20 deals a year and I’ve only just started in the past few months. With only a few months under my belt using this lead capture technology I’ve already done deals and closed on them as well. It’s been a great tool in my lead generation.

The reason I like 123ContactForm over some of the other ones I’ve tried is that they have a great support system in place too. Any issue I’ve ever had they have responded quickly and dealt with the issue completely. The forms can be embedded in a lot of different ways.
