Taking Client-Centricity to New Heights: Epsilon Introduces Client Solution Center

Dallas, TX – October 11, 2013 – Epsilon, the global leader in creating customer connections that build brand and business equity, today introduced the Epsilon Client Solution Center, a team comprised of industry veterans dedicated to designing and implementing sales programs and operations that target and meet clients’ marketing and business objectives. By proactively listening and evaluating the voice of the consumer and working across marketing channels and departments, the team will deliver strategic knowledge and solutions to increase value and ultimately better serve clients.

The Client Solution Center team is comprised of six industry experts. The team reports to Tim Prunk, Epsilon EVP.

Our new Client Solutions Center closely monitors the field to address the challenges our clients face through thought leadership and specifically designed solutions at a vertical, channel and technology level.”

Leading the team is MK Marsden, SVP of the Client Solutions Center. MK is a global entrepreneur who has created and/or led eight companies in five different countries over the last 20 plus years. She has held leadership roles in both public and private companies with operating positions in London, Paris, Tokyo, Ottawa, Austin, San Jose and New York.

Carolyn Corda is VP of Industry Strategy for Travel/Hospitality. Carolyn brings over 25 years of experience to the team, having helped brands including Travelocity, United Airlines, Marriott and Caesars World develop and implement world-class marketing solutions. For years leading travel companies have counted on Carolyn’s expertise to identify market opportunities and offer insight on value-focused segmentation, omnichannel marketing, and Customer Engagement Management to deliver results.
Alyson Cripps is VP of Industry Strategy for Hi-Tech, Telecommunications and B2B. She has over 18 years of marketing practitioner and consulting expertise with a focus in loyalty marketing, analytics, CRM, organizational transformation and digital marketing.

Jeff Gross is VP of Industry Strategy for the Media & Entertainment verticals. He has more than 25 years of experience designing, developing and managing innovative solutions for media and entertainment companies. Jeff has worked extensively with television networks and major publishers to develop digital marketing and advertising platforms, including Viacom, Time Inc., NFL Network, Rodale, Wolters Kluwer and Scripps Networks.

Jack Leary, VP of Retail & CPG Industry Strategy, also brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience to the table. He has consulted fortune 500 brands such as Proctor and Gamble, DuPont, General Electric, The Home Depot, Masco, RPM and Saks Fifth Avenue. He specializes in developing innovative marketing and business strategies derived from the target customer’s perspective.

Rounding out the team is Jeff Reiser, VP of Industry Strategy for Financial Services. Jeff brings 13 years of experience in Financial Services to this role, having led business development and marketing teams at American Express and consulted on digital strategy in the industry at IBM Global Services. He is responsible for developing innovative Epsilon marketing and business solutions from the client and end-customer perspectives.
