The Latest version enables SMEs to expand their business using the Internet as well as comply with the new Turkish commercial code that requires companies to have an internet site.

This new module enables SMEs to capture information as well as to provide information to clients and prospects as necessary under the new Turkish commercial code.

SMEs can easily create web pages through a simplified drag and drop interface. The Web Communication Form is hosted on the secure Surado Cloud and facilitates automated communication between SMEs and their customers, clients, vendors, suppliers and any third party. Because the Web Communication Form provides SMEs with enterprise level features and is completely customizable, SMEs can use it as a “Contact Us” page or use it for Sales Inquiries, Customer Service Issues, General Inquiries, Event Registration, Request for Information, Loyalty Rewards Program, and more.

The Web Communication Form also complies with New Turkish Commercial Code that requires companies to publish Registration No, Location of the headquarters, Revenue and Full Names of the Managers and executives, SMEs will be able to reduce additional cost by using Surado CRM Online Türkiye.

Web Communication Form will reduce operation costs because all communication including entering, tracking and follow-up of customer is automatically carried out by rules that the SMEs can configure.
