Stellar, a leading contact centre and business process outsourcing provider, today announced they have been selected to manage contact centre services in partnership with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
The ATO sought a partner who will maximise value while increasing operational flexibility and agility particularly during seasonal peaks. Stellar Customer Solutions Specialists will manage ATO enquiries throughout the year and will also support extra volume in the lead up to and during the busy tax time period.

The contract is estimated to be worth approximately $68 million over 5 years with services commencing in January 2013.
