Speakers announced for the B-to-B Customer Experience Summit

INDIANAPOLIS – Walker Information announced the speaker lineup for the 2013
B-to-B Customer Experience Summit, held May 1–2, at the Hilton San Diego
Bayfront Hotel.

Cisco senior executive Edzard Overbeek will kick-off the program May 1st,
and provide insights on Cisco’s incredible customer-focused culture, and
share how the company is planning for customer engagement into the next
decade. Forrester principal analyst Paul Hagen, will conclude the first
day’s program by sharing frameworks for B-to-B customer experience with a
focus on how to get started now.

On May 2nd, NASA astronaut David Wolf will share intriguing stories of his
journeys, and also focus on the need for businesses to embrace change – a
topic that is particularly relevant for customer intelligence strategists.

This two-day event is the first-ever conference focused on the latest and
best customer strategies for B-to-B companies. In addition to the relevant
and powerful keynote speakers, a highlight of the event will be the release
of a study, “Customers 2020,” which will look at the future of customer
relationships in the year 2020.
