Forrester Research, a leading independent research firm, has recognized SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) as a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise CRM Suites, Q1 20071 report, indicating that the mySAP™ Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) application offers one of the most complete solutions.

Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the top CRM vendors across 493 criteria grouped into three main categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. Out of the 13 vendors catering to mid-to-large enterprises with multifunctional offerings, SAP was named a leader for offering the most complete solution for deep industry functionality, scalability and global business process support.

In an evaluation of 13 different functionality areas, Forrester notes that mySAP CRM performs particularly strong in sales, marketing, partner channel management and analytics, while being fully scalable to support global deployments with several industry-specific process solutions. Additionally, the new SAP CRM on-demand solution provides customers with increased deployment flexibility and a strategic growth strategy.
