The new release includes an updated user interface and many additional
time-saving features including a new tab in the Quote Workbook.

4.5.

Version 4.5 of QuoteWerks includes many improvements and enhancements for
users. The most noticeable change in the new version is the updated user
interface. The new color schemes/skins update the look of QuoteWerks and are
applied to the entire program including the appearance of menus, buttons,
text boxes, and more. QuoteWerks Version 4.5 also adds some new
functionality including the ability to drag and drop line items in the
Document Items tab of the Quote Workbook. Users are able to drag and drop
single or multiple line items within the quote.

* An item URL Field on the advanced tab of the Edit Product window
that allows users to associate a web page with a product. Users can also
launch the associated website by right-clicking on the product in QuoteWerks
to open the page in their browser.
* A new filename generation option allows users to control the names
of the files created during certain functions such as attaching a PO,
report, or linked resource utilizing QuoteWerks macros.
* Support for SugarCRM 5.5 .
* The ability to change the order in which customers receive the
quotes, literature, spec sheets, cover pages, and linked resources when
emailing or printing documents from QuoteWerks.

Additionally in this new release of QuoteWerks 4.5, a sixth tab has been
added to the Quote Workbook called the Links Tab . The Links Tab enables
users to link external files to the QuoteWerks document by dragging and
dropping the file into the tab or simply clicking the plus sign. Users can
link a variety of different files such as Word documents, Excel files, Cad
drawings, html documents, and more. Linking files to the QuoteWerks
documents allows users to quickly access supplemental materials without
having to leave the QuoteWerks interface. The documents in the Links Tab
can be printed or emailed with the quote or users can choose not to include
the files when sending the quotes.
