Norway-based publishing company Polaris Media Nordvestlandet has extended its relationship with Atex, a leading provider of software for media-rich industries, with a new deal for enhancing its innovative advertising solution.

The company, which uses Atex Advertising, is adopting the Atex OneView framework with ad server integration, which will give the business a simpler, role-relevant user interface for its advertising.

OneView is a browser-based platform that focuses on the end-user experience and is supported by a robust database design, business logic, workflow engine and information architecture. By using OneView, the company can create a single view of its business and leverage its web services – enhancing, configuring and extending the application without the need for new software versions or releases.

Polaris Media Nordvestlandet is a parent company of several publishing houses running print editions of newspapers, digital services and some local radio stations covering the regions of Sunnmøre, Romsdal and Nordfjord. The nine titles included are Sunnmørsposten, Romsdals Budstikke, Møre-Nytt, Sunnmøringen, Åndalsnes Avis, Driva, Fjordingen, Fjordenes Tidende and Vikebladet Vestposten.

Atex, headquartered in the UK with offices worldwide, is a leading software company providing solutions for media-rich industries. It develops smart digital solutions that make a measurable difference and enable its 1000+ customers to streamline operations and optimise their digital strategy.
