Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Solutions Provider Signs 60 Enterprise

Boston, MA – February 4, 2010 – Plum Voice, the leading single-source

it has experienced record growth for year-end 2009. The company’s success is
in part attributed to signing 60 new enterprise clients last year. In
addition, Plum Voice’s new clients have extended their contract into 2010
and will continue to use the company’s IVR platform and services.

For over nine years Plum Voice has been providing IVR hosting and systems to
companies who need to automate a business process over the phone. IVR is a
technology that automates phone calls through the use of advanced speech

Furthermore, 98 percent of its customers renewed their service contracts in
2009, while also increasing their technology spend with Plum Voice by an
average of nearly three times the original amount.
