Increased Customer Base and Expanded Reseller Network Delivers 93 Percent
Boost In Revenue Year-Over-Year for NextPrinciples

Milpitas, Calif. – April 23, 2013 – NextPrinciples, a leader in social
analytics and engagement, today announced that it has experienced strong
growth year-over-year in the first quarter of 2013, with a total revenue
jump of 93 percent. Since January 2013, NextPrinciples has been named the
winner of several of the industry’s most elite award programs, including
ZDNet’s CRM Watchlist and the SAP HANAR One Innovative App Contest.

Increased Customer Base
NextPrinciples continues to add new customers that are leveraging its
platform, Insight-To-Action, for a variety of use cases, including risk
management, customer care, event and campaign management, sales lead
generation and product ideation. The platform allows companies to easily
integrate social interactions and analytics into leading CRM systems such as
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM.

Expanded Partnerships & Reseller Network NextPrinciples has significantly
increased their reseller networks by adding on partners currently selling
SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. “We are seeing a lot of
interest in the marketplace and have added 15 resellers to our partner
program since establishing it in fourth quarter of last year,” Krishnaswamy
said. NextPrinciples has also expanded its relationship with SugarCRM,
creating a complete joint go-to-market approach.

Industry Recognition
In January, NextPrinciples was named a ZDNet 2013 CRM Watchlist winner in
the “Ones to Watch” category. NextPrinciples was also named a winner in the
SAP HANAR One Innovative App Contest in March 2013 after developing a
solution on SAP HANAR that enables the processing and delivery of social
analytics in real time. NextPrinciples additionally received “Marketeer of
the Year” in SugarCRM’s 2013 Technology Alliance Awards for its own branding
