Traditional Channels

Milpitas, Calif. – April 9, 2013 – NextPrinciples, a leader in social
analytics and engagement, today announced SugarCRM, Marathon Sports and IT
World Canada as customers of its recently launched Insight-To-Action
platform with Sugar, the market-leading customer relationship management
(CRM) platform. NextPrinciples’ newest customers are using Insight-To-Action
for a variety of use cases, including customer care, event and campaign
management and sales lead generation. Insight-To-Action is unique in that it
allows companies to easily integrate social interactions and analytics into
CRM systems like Sugar.

“Insight-To-Action is a comprehensive solution that offers companies

preferences and measure metrics to analyze the impact of activities across
its many social channels. As the leading sportswear retailer in Latin
America, Marathon Sports can now integrate social conversations and
analytics into Sugar, making it easier to track leads and address support
issues identified on social channels.

Visability, the inbound marketing arm of IT World Canada, is using

media brand awareness and lead generation campaigns to some of the leading
technology and channel companies. “We know that our campaigns generate
