NewVoiceMedia announces new Chairman

Guy DuboisGuy Dubois NewVoiceMedia, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, today announced that Guy Dubois has been appointed as Chairman of the Company.

Effective immediately, Dubois brings more than 30 years’ leadership experience in the software industry to the Board, and has a strong track record of success. Dubois, a director at Guidewire Software, previously served as CEO of MACH Group and Cramer and most recently, of banking software vendor TEMENOS.

He has also held the position of executive vice president at PeopleSoft Corporation, where he led overall strategy and business development outside North America.

The announcement follows recent funding of $20m from new investors Highland Capital Partners Europe and MMC Ventures, and existing shareholders Notion Capital and Eden Ventures.
